Trabuco Trailblazers 4-H Club Enrollment Information

Welcome to the new 4-H program year. Come meet our Club's Youth Leadership Team, and Project Leaders. Learn what Projects our club offers and  submit registration forms and fees.

Please begin the 4-H on-line enrollment. The Registration Link can be found @  www.OC4H.org  

When prompted to choose a club; select Trabuco Trailblazers from the drop down box. 

Please download the Youth Treatment Authorization Form and Health History. Bring (2) completed signed copies of the Youth Treatment Authorization Form and Health History and a check to pay enrollment fees to any club meeting.  

In order to join 4-H members must be at least 5 years old by December 31, 2019.

Some projects have minimum age requirements.  An example is large livestock- minimum age to join is 9 years old by December 31, 2019.

You are not limited to Projects offered by The Trabuco Trailblazers.

Check the 4-H website for Projects offered by other Orange County 4-H clubs and e-mail the club contact person if you are interested in joining  a project not offered by our club.
