YOUTH ENROLLMENT

2021-2022 Youth Enrollment Instructions

Steps for Youth Enrollment:

1. Enroll in the new 4Honline 2.0 Enrollment System

New families should create a new family profile and then add family members individually.

Returning families should use their existing 4Honline profile as data has been migrated from the old system. Please do not create a new family profile as duplicates will be deleted from the system and you will have to start over again.

For help with the new enrollment system, use this Family Enrollment Guide or contact the county office for assistance.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

ALL youth leaders should designate ALL volunteer roles at the time of enrollment!

Be sure to enroll in all of your 4-H projects so your 4Honline record is accurate. If a project is added later be sure to login and add it to your project list.

2. Pay program fees by credit card using this SURVEY

Fees this year are $80 per youth member plus a family fee of $25 paid only with the first youth enrollment.

3. Contact your Club Leader

Let your Club Leader know that you have enrolled. They will be your primary source of information throughout the year.
