SUGGESTIONS:
- It is highly recommended to attend any camp planning meetings and trainings to
get to know the counselors. Your attendance at the meetings also familiarizes the
counselors with who you are and builds a relationship of support and respect
between the Advisor/Chaperone and the counselors. Additionally, attending planning
meetings helps an Advisor/Chaperone become familiar with the activities and
program that the counselors are planning, as well as to be aware of information
they have received or are handing out.
