Cancellation Policy

Sorry, No Refunds

Most of the events put on by County Council use outside facilities.  The people that operate these facilities require that they be paid for in advance.  All of the outside facilities we currently deal with have a strict NO REFUND policy.  A refund issued after sign-up deadline would have to be paid out of the County Council Treasury.  Our Council Treasurer will use the following guidelines for issuing refunds.

• Canceling prior to the event's sign-up deadline will receive a full refund.
• Canceling after the event's deadline will receive a refund if we can fill the space.
• Event no-shows are not entitled to receive a refund.

If you need to cancel please do so as early as possible.
