Southern Youth Summit

What is the Southern Youth Summit (Formerly Teen Involvement Conference)?

The Southern Youth Summit is a three day youth leadership conference for intermediate 4-H member ages 11-13.  SYS offers opportunities for 4-H youth to grow through a series of educational workshops, team building activities, motivational speakers, section level youth leadership possibilities, and more!  This conference is hosted by the California 4-H Management Board.

CA 4-H Youth Summits give youth options again!

The California 4-H Youth Summit 2023 will have both in-person and virtual options this year!  Youth Summit events are multi-day weekend leadership experiences for youth, planned by youth.  There will be a statewide virtual event and regional in-person events.

The Southern Youth Summit will be held in-person on January 13-15, 2023 at Pathfinder Ranch in Riverside.

The Virtual Youth Summit will be held on January 27-29, 2023 via Zoom.

Youth summit events are open to all intermediate 4-H members (ages 11-13) in California to participate.

Orange County 4-H members may apply for a scholarship to cover the registration costs of this event. Applications are available HERE

Please Note: Scholarship Applications are due by the 15th of each month. Plan ahead to submit your application in time to cover the cost of your selected event.
