SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION

Boy and Girls ages 9 through 12 (age on
December 31, 2008) 4-H members from
Orange County, 4-H members from other counties and friends of 4-H
members are all welcome. You do not need to be a member
of 4-H to go to our summer camp.
4-H members are given registration priority until June 1st. |

$265.00 (Cost includes round
trip transportation, lodging, meals, T-shirt, photo, arts & craft
supplies, bears, squirrels, chipmunks, birds, and other program
costs)
Non-Members will also be required to pay a $8.00 insurance fee.

Crafts, nature study, archery, climbing wall,
swimming, hiking, sports, campfires. |
A $20 deposit will hold

This registration must be accompanied by a MEDICAL TREATMENT form to be
accepted.
You should receive a
confirmation letter in the mail from us in about 10 days.
If you gave us an e-mail address you will receive an immediate e-mail
confirmation.

If applying for a
scholarship, send scholarship application along with registration
and a check. Scholarships are needs based and are for a maximum
$50.00.
Those not awarded a scholarship will be notified for the remaining
fee.
Scholarship
are available to 4-H members only.
