| Before you can be eligible to show,
you must complete a Horse ID form and lease agreements (if applicable).
These forms must be completed and signed by the member, parent and
project leader. All signatures must be present.
You must include 2 photos of the horse, one of each side. If your horse is registered with a breed
association, you may want to include copies of their registration paperwork.
We must have these forms on file at the 4-H office:
- 60 days before a horse show
- 120 days before a fair show.
