Project Description This is a county project open to any member of an Orange County 4H club. Members will learn archery techniques, safety and equipment maintenance. 
Age Range 10 and above
Minimum/Maximum Participants  8 maximum
Meeting Dates Scheduled for the Second Saturday of every month - 10/10/09, 11/14/09, 12/12/09, 1/9/10, 2/13/10, 3/13/10, 4/10/10, 5/8/10, 6/12/10.  Please confirm with Liane at lianeglinderman@msn.com. 
Meeting Time 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Meeting Location Fountain Valley Archery Range next to Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley, CA
Competition and Showmanship You will have the opportunity to participate in Demo Day,  Youth Expo and the Orange County Fair:

DEMO DAY - A day set aside by the county for you to give a 3-5 demonstration or presentation, with supporting equipment and/or charts, in front of a group of interested 4-Hers and parents from other 4H clubs in Orange County.

YOUTH EXPO - An educational fair that focuses on accomplishments of OC Youth held at the OC Fairgrounds in late April or early May. 
   
ORANGE COUNTY FAIR - The OC Fair is our time to exhibit projects that we have worked on all year and to show our animals in competition.  Held at the OC Fairgrounds in July.
   
Estimated Costs Approximately $8 plus cost of equipment.
