After the members have already prepared
their entries...
Step #1 - Before the show can begin... the stalls MUST be mucked out
7:00AM on Saturday morning is awfully early to be down at the Orange County Fairgrounds, but we must muck out the stalls for Youth Expo so the animals can be in a clean environment. Each stall had to be raked and swept of any debris. The stall walls had to be washed down with bleach and water to sterilize them to help prevent the spread of disease.
Step #2 - Set up the booth in the Youth Building
At 9AM we left the stalls behind and went to the Youth Building to begin setting up our booth. With ladders, electric screwdrivers, staple guns, glue, and a wide assortment of other tools, we gathered up our backdrop and prepared to set up.
