o   Yoplait “Saving Lids to Save Lives” 

§  Collection of Yoplait yogurt ‘pink lids’ for donation to Susan Komen Foundation

·         For very lid collected, Yoplait will contribute $.10 to the foundation

·         This project will continue through December 31, 2009

o   Samaratin’s Purse “Operation Christmas Child”

§  Filling of shoe boxes with toys, trinkets, personal hygiene items and school supplies for less fortunate children overseas 

§  Collection Week is November 16-23, 2009

o   Heifer International” 

§  Livestock donations to countries less fortunate around the globe

·         Project is ongoing at present and will continue throughout the 2009-2010 year
